What counts as a trading partner?

One company you exchange documents with, whatever the document count or direction. A partner with both an 850 and an 810 flow is still one partner.

Are there per-document or per-kilocharacter fees?

No. There is no VAN in the path, so there is nothing to meter. The per-partner price is the whole price.

Is Vibe Mapping really included?

Yes, on both plans, for every partner's maps. You can also try it free before you onboard your first partner.

When should we pick Enterprise?

When you have 20 or more partners to move, a VAN contract to leave, or partners whose onboarding you would rather hand to us. Below that, Integrated is the same platform at list price.

Can we cancel?

Integrated is month to month through Stripe; remove a partner or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period. Enterprise is on annual terms.
