These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the vibeedi website. Your use of the vibeedi service (accounts, generating and storing mappings, paid plans) is governed by our Terms of Service. By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

2. Using the site

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • interfere with the site's operation or security, or with other users;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • data-mine, scrape, or harvest content with bots or other automated means except the interfaces we provide;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms behind the site, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you create by signing in through Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping that access secure and for activity under your account. Account, plan and billing terms are set out in the Terms of Service.

4. Compliance with law

You agree to use the site in compliance with applicable laws, including export, sanctions and trade-control laws, and not to use it if you are barred from doing so under those laws.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos and software (excluding anything you submit) — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without our permission.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability relating to your use of the site is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows when. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
